Reflection
I think this task was an ok task. I particularly liked the part where i got to interview the staff of the ford museum as he had a lot of things to say and i learnt a lot from that interview. I also enjoyed the nature of the nature park and i didn't had any major problems.

Bukit Batok MRT station
Past: In the past the Bukit Batok MRT station didn't have an outside door to prevent people from going onto the tracks. Some deaths were caused by people falling onto the track.
Present: Now they have installed outside doors to prevent people from falling on to the track. This way it is now safer for the passengers.

Old Ford Factory

| Exterior of the Old Ford Factory |
Before World War 2 This building was a Ford factory. During the war, Singapore was occupied by the Japanese and the Ford factory became a place where the japanese would service their machines. The Ford Factory resumed operations after the war in 1947 and was finally shut down in June 1980.
Before being transformed into a museum the Ford factory was bought by the Hume industry. Then on 15 February 2006 the government announced that it would gazette the historic factory for preservation as a national monument.

Present: It is now a museum that exhibits the Synonan years (When singapore was under japanese rule) 1942-1945. The whole purpose of this museum is to educate us about our past so that we won't make the same mistakes. Changes made to this factory was that it underwent a 2-year facelift to become what it is today.
